Honoring Martin Luther King Jr.

Next Monday, January 18th, is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
I hope you are able to take some time in your classroom and honor this great man and his mission.

Here a few really great resources that I like to use in my classroom.  I hope you find them useful too!

This is an EXCELLENT video, as well, teaching about 
Martin Luther King, Jr..  Take a few minutes to view it! 

Another excellent resource you can use to teach the 
value of diversity this MLK day, is this book:


The book has an excellent theme!  
It teaches us that like a box of crayons, we are all different but together we make a beautiful picture.
